Panini, Bread and Pepperoni?
what is the ideal bread to use when making a panini on the panini maker? Also, if i were to put those thinly sliced pepperoni, without burning the bread, will the pepperoni cook on the panini maker? thanks a bunch!

- A panino (plural panini) is a sandwich made from a small loaf of bread, typically a ciabatta... The second part of your question, I don't know, just give it a try.
- Use whatever bread you prefer. I like a hearty semolina bread. The pepperoni is already cured and doesn't require cooking. Do you mean will it get warmed up? That all depends on your press and how long you press it for, and how much and what's on it - most likely it will get warmed up a bit.
