Garlic chive chévre in a panini?
I just bought a new panini press and I'd really like to make sandwiches for dinner tonight using some garlic chive chévre my husband and I picked up on our honeymoon recently, but I can't think of a good meat to go with it. Any suggestions welcome! Preferably something I can grab out of the deli case, please.

- I make a great salad with chevre, cranberries, almonds and chicken so try chicken. I usually grill the chicken with basil, thyme, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper first. Hope you like it! I guess the deli would have smoked chicken of some sort.
- chicken and prosciutto
- i think the best would be like a minute steak, very thinly sliced steak. it all depends on ur own taste i would prefer lamb or duck . bonne apetit a vous
- Good choice in cheese! Yum.....I love chevre! Actually, there is so much flavor in that cheese alone you could just make a grilled chevre panini! I would even add maybe some grilled red pepper to it. We often do this with just crackers. That with a great glass of red wine.....what more do you need. If you really want meat I would get procuitto. Enjoy it no matter how you make it.....Congratulations on your wedding!!!
