What kinds of bread are good for making panini?
I've used Focaccia, ciabatta, and just regular bread. What else works well for pressed panini?

- You want to use bread that is low in sugar (so it won't burn) and bread that doesn't have a lot of moisture. Foccacia and ciabatta are both excellent. You can use flat breads, too. - Sourdough and foccacia or fun for panini's My own experience.
- I think just about any bread would be fine. I really can't think of anything, other than maybe Irish Soda Bread, that would not work well. If you can make a sandwich with it, you can slap it in a panini press. Doc
