Best Panini Maker

What kinds of bread are good for making panini?

I've used Focaccia, ciabatta, and just regular bread. What else works well for pressed panini?

  1. You want to use bread that is low in sugar (so it won't burn) and bread that doesn't have a lot of moisture. Foccacia and ciabatta are both excellent. You can use flat breads, too. 2. Sourdough and foccacia or fun for panini's My own experience.
  3. I think just about any bread would be fine. I really can't think of anything, other than maybe Irish Soda Bread, that would not work well. If you can make a sandwich with it, you can slap it in a panini press. Doc
