Best Panini Maker

What are some ideas for my panini maker?

Any original ideas for things I can do with this new panini maker? I always see other completely different uses for these kitchen appliances, like say omelettes or something. Any ideas for delicious paninis or other interesting recipes to use with it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
