ok so its a mozzarella, tomato and pesto panini in a ciabatta bread. how many calories is it? and do you think its a healthy lunch?

1. There's no easy answer to this. What's the size? I doubt seriously if it's a healthy lunch. Chances are, it's high in fat and calories.
2. it has around 200 calories-i think but it all depends on the size and the type of mozzarella too
