Best Panini Maker

I bought this sandwich maker yesterday. I need ur ideas?

So i bought this sandwich maker to make hot sandwiches and grilled paninis at home. i made... ham and melt cheese sandwich fried pork and thinly sliced cabage sandwich spicy crispy chicken and lettuces sandwich they all tasted really good but i still need some new ideas. thanks in advance.

1. smoked cheddar cheese on sourdough pimiento cheese spread on rosemary french bread corned beef, sauerkrat, 1000 isle dressing on rye bread provolone and roast beef on french bread, serve w/ beef au jus
2. we do pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni and what ever else you want to add. chicken and ceasar dressing with bacon. Really what ever meat leftovers that we have in the fridge at the time.
