Does anyone have any recipes for a sandwich maker?
My mom just bought me the Express 101 from an info-mercial. It seems awesome, I was just wondering if anyone had any good recipes for one. Thanks!

- I Googled: sandwich maker recipes Many links to choose from.
- Bread, mozzarella, and spaghetti sauce. Yum yum!
- Only thing I ever make on mine, is pizza pockets. Just take a good bread, stuff it with tons of cheese, and pepperoni (or other pizza toppings you like) and spread the sauce on as you would any condiment. . .Cheese melts, and makes a yummy pizza sandwich! Sadly, I don't have too many other ideas, or else I would probably use mine more often. I've got one good thing, and I stick to it.
- Butter 2 slices of bread. Put canned pie filling between layers and make campfire pies. Make grilled cheese or grilled ham & cheese sandwiches the same way. Mix eggs with your favorite ingredients and make omelettes in it. There should be a small recipe booklet with it. Just play with it and have fun.
- Butter one side of 2-slices of bread. Place buttered side down, top with pizza or spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, and cheese. Top with other slice of bread (buttered side up) and cook until golden brown! Butter bread as mentioned above, spread peanut butter over bread inside of bread, top with sliced bananas and a drizzle of honey. Top with other slice of buttered bread. Do a PB&J heated up, delicious! Ham and cheese works out. You can add some scrambled egg in there if you want to make a breakfast sandwich. Could also substitute sausage if you like. Philly cheese steak. Enough said. Enjoy!!
- Fried bologna and cheese. In a skillet, cook a couple slices of bologna until browned on both sides. Put 2 slices of cheese on 2 pieces of bread and add your bologna. Put a little butter in your sandwich maker and put the sandwich in and let it cook until the cheese is melted and the bread is browned. OR you can make Monte Cristos. go to www.recipes.co or www.allrecipes.com
- It should have a small recipe collection with it...otherwise, just make a sandwich you like and put it in it.
