- Just heat it up, make you whatever kind of sandwhich you want and press it in the press for a couple minutes. Til the bread is toasted and your cheese is melted. I want a panini press. Have fun.
- make your sandwich, brush your bread (cooking side) with olive oil. put sandwich in panini press, turn on , let it go until sandwich is almost flat and has grill marks (about 10 minutes). slice and enjoy.
- Turn it on let it heat up. In the mean time make your uncooked panini, use some cheese in it if you can eat cheese and you're not a vegan, if that's the case then use vegan cheese, I and place it in the press and well press it down. Wait for a few minutes and you have a lovely panini. Try using a ciabata bread it is very good as is made with olive oil. P.S Then turn it off!!
- Each Panini grill is going to be a little different and heat to slightly different temperatures. Read the instructions carefully before using. You should also wipe it down to remove packaging residue from the surface before coming in contact with your food.
- It's really easy to use and it's fun to experiment a little. If your panini press has an adjustable heat setting, set it to Low and grill about 10 minutes if you've got a relatively thin sandwich and are melting cheese. For sandwiches where I'm using a soft cheese (like goat cheese) and am looking mostly to just crisp up the bread, I brush some olive oil or melted butter on the outside and grill at medium-high heat (about 375 degrees) for 3-4 minutes until I've got nice golden grill marks.
